EXPUNCTIONS AND SEALING OF RECORDS
If your case was competely dismissed, you can ask the Court to expunge or delete your criminal record from that case.
If you finished a Deferred Adjudication probation, you can ask the court to seal your records from the public for that case.
For both Expunctions and Petitions for Non-Dislcosure (to seal your records), there maybe a time period that you have to wait before you can ask the Court to delete or seal your records. Once yo send us your case detailes, we can usually tell you within 1 business day if your case is currently eligible for an expunction or sealing.
You can email or call our office with:
1. the Case or Cause Number of the Record you wish to delete
and
2. the name of the County which heard your case.
Make sure to let us know if you have prepaid legal insurance coverage for expunging or sealing your record when you contact us.
